I was meandering down my parent’s driveway with my camera in hand and snapping images of my boy when I scoped this view. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! (prints available with signature in lower corner)
I returned for a winter scene, and captured the image below. To me, they look like two old friends having a conversation.
That Old Barn

Almost directly across from my house, in the city of Bozeman, sits this rustic old barn. You wouldn’t know it from the photographs, but this barn and plot of land rests peacefully while the hustle and bustle of developments go on all around it.
Big Sky Country

On the way home from the Madison River last Sunday, I spotted some beautiful cloud formations overlooking vast farm country. The combination made for a majestic image.
Maui
We were fortunate to visit good friends who lived in Maui a couple of years ago. They took us to the local hangouts as well as the best of the island, not to mention my first private helicopter ride. Thank you Nicky and pilot Jesse! One of the highlights for me was going on two whale watches. We were incredibly lucky to have two amazing trips with so much action I was exhausted by the end but exhilarated by what my eyes saw. If you would like to see they whales at their most active state, I recommend going in February or March due to their migration schedule. These photographs were taken in mid March.
